Go for 2 fruit and 5 veg

The government suggests 2 serves of fruits and 5 serves of vegetables a day. It does seem a lot. I feel full the whole day. Click here for more info, including tips on how to incorporate that into your daily diet.

The pear itself looks beautiful, well done. I tried a painting like that many years ago.
