Meditation for renewal and to recharge our batteries…

My yoga teacher once said to imagine sitting on a mountain top, and let those thoughts float away with the clouds…

I am a terrible meditator - maybe I'm not imagining the right mountain! Love how you have the thoughts in clouds - great!

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!

I like this -- both the interpretation of the theme and the watercolor are nicely done.

very nice, such a great idea. I've been taught to think of clifftops too - but with the tide taking out the bad and the waves bringing in the new... only problem is I've known people to get a little 'too' into it and start swaying back and forth - I'm always worried someone will get seasick!
sorry, your picture is great - fantastic shape and colouring
Happy New Year
