I took these photos while visiting Hobart in Tasmania in 2008.
The following is a photo of Salamanca Place, which has many restaurants and retail outlets. There is a fantastic craft market here every Saturday.
In the background of the photo, you can see Mount Wellington. It is a short 15-minute drive to the peak. On a clear day, you will be able to get a good view that stretches on and on for miles…
Have a nice weekend.

Beautiful pictures and reflections
The first shot is gorgeous, so is the scenery in the last one!

I really like the reflections in the first photo!
wonderful to see your world~
Great harbor views and reflections! I can use a vacation!
P.S. Re: the white prunus mume, the shots I took last week, were not that good and there were only a few trees blooming in white. I went back today and mostly have fallen on the ground because of the heavy rains this week. I hope to take some when the weather warms up.
Great shots of Tassie.
Sydney - City and Suburbs
These are great photos -really like the first one!!Love//Eva
Your photos make me long for summer:) Have a nice week.
Your photos provide some nice context for the tennis now perpetually on (it seems) in our house. Melbourne seems to be such a lovely place, and you'd think the TV crews would show more of it, but, alas, they focus on the play.
Too bad. More people should see what you folks have to offer.
These are great shots! I love the reflections in the first one, and the mountain in the background of the bottom one.
Hi Evelyn, very enjoyable photos. Always love to see boats on water and pretty blue skies. Also love the street scene with Mount Wellington in the background.
