My pancakes. They were very thin; I added a lot of milk so that the batter was runny. My husband and I enjoyed these with maple syrup.
The next day, I made a savoury version. I added sautéed sliced mushrooms with thyme, and cheese, folded the pancakes into quarters, and baked until the cheese was runny. Yummy!

I love cooking! You'll have to include a recipe so I can try that one. Until then I'll just experiment like i always do.
