These photo are fresh from my point and shoot. The first one above is Bolte Bridge, in the background, with reflections of boats in the foreground.

This bird seems to be drying it’s wings???
One more photo before we head home…

hi Evelyn.. how is Melbourne in December? hot? i thought of planning a short visit there.. contemplating whether to go gold coast or Melbourne actually.. :)
Very nice, Evelyn.
I almost missed the bridge, looking at the water.
You took beautiful photos.
It's very strange to see it's spring there. We have a lovely autumn here in China. LOve the autumns here. Quite different from Europe.
Enjoy your sunny days.

@ reanaclaire: Ahh, if the whole year is like December - we spend a lot of time outdoors on our bicycles in December. Really lovely, warm and sunny.
Wow! Terrific post! I love the bridge and reflections, but my favourite is cormmorant:)
Happy Sunday to you Evelyn:)
You are very talented with your camera, these pictures are magnificent! :)
Happy Sunday

Lovely pics! :)
I love to take a bike ride to breakfast, but we cannot do it at your home town.
What a pity.
Great shots and the bike ride will keep you both fit.
Wonderful photos, Evelyn. The water seems to shimmer and I can just see the bird fluffing hus wings. Have a happy Sunday.
Cheers,

Indeed, it looks like it was a fine day to enjoy!
Re your comment about the bridge «Louis» posted looking like a roller coaster ride - it FELT like a roller coaster ride! «Louis'» acrophobia kicked in while driving across it. He and Mme la Vache just couldn't get a good set up for this photo. The image posted was taken by Mme la Vache standing in the seat of the Vachemobile and leaning through the open sunroof.
;-D
Great shots and wonderful composition!
refreshing shots! i could feel the crisp cool morning from these photos.
Dear Evelyn,
Beau~~~tiful photos! You are so good at handling shadows...amazing that gives me hints for watercolor. Thank you for the bonus for me!
Cheers, Sadami
I have a friend in Melbourne I've been wanting to visit...she tells me it's great down there! I love how you played with the shadows in the last photo :D
