I decided to paint a piece for my Mom. I hope she likes this little bird, which I had a lot of fun painting.I am planning to put a glaze over it, so it is still "work-in-progress" for now.

Oh, so cute sparrow!!! Evelyn, but do you feel some differences in looks-like between Australian sparrows and northern hemisphere’s ones? I feel and cannot tell how. Anyway, I love little birds, look like angels.

@Sadami: Haha, don't know much about bird, I am afraid... but I do prefer the small sweet ones to the larger birds of prey...

The reason this bridge looks sunny is because the photo was taken in August!
It's been cold (for the Bay Area - 8ºC) and rainy all day today, so «Louis» decided to post a photo from when it WAS warm and sunny!
