2 sketches; I was using a concertina sketchbook hence the sketches sort-of got squashed into any available space…
The top left is a drawing by the pool. And the bottom, which I enjoyed more, a scaffolding and tube (don’t know the right term) for building materials…
There is something about drawing and painting plants that I find appealing
Plants with bags of soil by the side
Finally, some potted plants.

>> Wenn, thanks. Will come by an see what you have eaten lately. I know it will make me hungry!
I just love your sketches and the water colours. Do they take you long to make the drawings.
I forgot to ask: could you explain the materials you use? I know that you're using pen and watercolor in a normal sketch book. What kind of pens? Do you have a travel set up for water colors?
I appreciate your styling and I'm thinking about getting away from colored pencil use in my own sketch book. Need some ideas... Thanks!

Hi Diane
Thanks for dropping by. These would take over half an hour each I guess. Sometimes I draw, but complete the painting later.
See ya, Evelyn
I love the various shades of green you use for your plants! The soft colors make it a very relaxing picture :-D
Thanks Kaori for the feedback :)... I'm still working on it, and learning something new with every piece.
