In my last post, I showed some photos of Lorne. Further down the coast, about a half hour drive is Wye River, a small settlement with a little grocery store, a nice pub and houses on a hill.

Evelyn: What a neat series of photos , you surely got some great results for SWF.
What a beautiful place to visit. I would like to drive on the curvy road and look at the houses on the hill.
How nice it is to see Australian images scattered amongst the Skywatch posts. You certainly live in a very beautiful part of our country. The hugeness and aloneness of your beach shots are great. I like, too, the curves of the tidal river.
Wonderful post.
beautiful series of pictures.
Happy Weekend
Can't beat the beach and sky combo
Beautiful pictures, love the clouds.
What marvelous captures, Evelyn! Love the clouds and the beach shots! Looks like my kind of place! Thanks for sharing!

Wow with our winter cold weather now I love to see beaches and those blue skies makes me think of going south to a warm weather ^_^

Your clouds look so 'washed'. Had it rained? I know the Ocean Road.
What a great diversity of clouds. The first ones look like mushrooms. And I really like the idea of having the beach to yourself, just wouldn't be fishing. Great series.
Very nice photos. I enjoyed the one at low tide. Maybe because that is when I like walking on the beach to see what has been left behind.
Thanks for the visit. Have a wonderful weekend!
Thanks everyone.
@Rinkly Rimes: I can't remember. It only rained a little while we were there, so even if it did, it was only a little. Didn't know if that made the clouds look different...
It looks like you got all the good spots. Nice shots.
