Skywatch: Wye River, Great Ocean Road

In my last post, I showed some photos of Lorne. Further down the coast, about a half hour drive is Wye River, a small settlement with a little grocery store, a nice pub and houses on a hill.

What a beautiful place to visit. I would like to drive on the curvy road and look at the houses on the hill.

How nice it is to see Australian images scattered amongst the Skywatch posts. You certainly live in a very beautiful part of our country. The hugeness and aloneness of your beach shots are great. I like, too, the curves of the tidal river.

Wonderful post.

Your clouds look so 'washed'. Had it rained? I know the Ocean Road.

What a great diversity of clouds. The first ones look like mushrooms. And I really like the idea of having the beach to yourself, just wouldn't be fishing. Great series.

Very nice photos. I enjoyed the one at low tide. Maybe because that is when I like walking on the beach to see what has been left behind.

Thanks for the visit. Have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks everyone.

@Rinkly Rimes: I can't remember. It only rained a little while we were there, so even if it did, it was only a little. Didn't know if that made the clouds look different...
