These photos were taken recently in Port Melbourne. Seagulls are a common sight here, but I have only seen jelly fishes a few times.

I had a love, hate relationship with the sea gulls during my trip to Australia. They snatched my foods but I love to feed them if they behave. Nice shot on the jellyfish.Happy week for you!

i hv seen lots of seagulls at newcastle beach.

@Diane AZ: My guess is that their heads are 8 inches in diameter... These are by far the biggest I've seen around here.

Wow! Amazing posts! I have never seen jelly fish before...and the birds are having a few seconds restful time on the timber poles.Surprisingly every poles have been taken!!!
