Acro Yoga

Acro Yoga © Evelyn Howard 2010A slightly different My World post today.

My husband and I went to an introductory session of Acro Yoga last week, and had loads of fun…

Acro Yoga combines the practices of yoga, Thai Massage and acrobatics.

These are 2 of the poses we got into. Most of the poses involved 2 or more people.

Trust is a key element in Acro Yoga.  Anyway if I fell (I didn’t!), the floor was not that far below.

My, that yoga is certainly different - looks rather difficult.

Great photos.

WOW you two are very good, and trusting. This is a real balancing act, you both look good too.

Good grief! «Louis» would never try this! He is the very definition of KLUTZ! He's glad you didn't fall!

Looks like a scary exercise but as you have said, Trust is the key element to make it possible to do that. It's perfect because I'm about to hit the gym later and I'll inquire about that for sure.
