Acro Yoga

My husband and I went to an introductory session of Acro Yoga last week, and had loads of fun… 

Acro Yoga combines the practices of yoga, Thai Massage and acrobatics.

These are 2 of the poses we got into. Most of the poses involved 2 or more people.

Trust is a key element in Acro Yoga.  Anyway if I fell (I didn’t!), the floor was not that far below.

my husband and I will have to stick with taking walks for a while, I wouldn't want hurt him! LOL

Looks like a scary exercise but as you have said, Trust is the key element to make it possible to do that. It's perfect because I'm about to hit the gym later and I'll inquire about that for sure.
