Beautiful blue sky in Kyoto
The bullet train arrives… or was it departing? It’s all becoming a bit of a blur now, but I do remember that it was very fast (duh?) and very comfortable.
Taken in Fukuoka. Another rainy day in Japan…
Red boats and their reflections…
Wishing you a happy weekend.
I am going to have a no-computer weekend (except to link in to the memes), so I will visit you after the weekend. Thanks for dropping by.

You have some lovely shots to enjoy. Thanks for the tour.
Beautiful views through the bullet train.
I wish someday here in US we will have bullet train. To travel from state to state that would be fun ^_^

Hiya Evelyn,
Nobody can mistake your entry button on the skywatch page :-)
Grey skies in Japan. Good to offset the bright red boats though.
I am a little disappointed that nobody came to look at my sky. Not a one. I may not bother to post again.
Great that you're having a PC-free weekend, Evelyn! You really got them all here! Well, done.
Nice to be able to see part of Japan through your eyes. I am not sure that I would like to travel on a really really fast train like this. I like my travel sedate and relaxing. Thank you for this post.
I love the train!! And what marvelous reflections you have captured, Evelyn! Love the colorful boats and the reflections in the water! Enjoy your weekend!

I love these photos! We also took the shinkansen from Kyoto to Hakata, actually. (other side of the river). The whole area is such fun to explore...we walked ourselves to death! Loved it. And, then we went on to Yatsushiro which is south of this area. Memories...thank you.
Thanks for my virtual bullet train trip...I have never been on one and enjoyed my journey through your eyes! Have a wonderful weekend!
An intriguing series of photos! The bullet train is such a creative design! And lots of delightful reflections around!
Wow, you travelled quite a distance! Hope you're enjoying your no-computer weekend :D
Your reflections allows us to get very original views Japan, from train docks to port docks... Thanks for the sharing !
Hello Ev. Wow these are cool.
Great shots.

Happy Weekend Reflections.

Dear Evelyn,
Your photos are so gorgeous. Amazing. Wow, they show me the beauty of Japan that I did not know.
Thank you.
Kind regards, Sadami
Full of reflections everywhere, great shots!
A very interesting series! Beautiful!
The bullet train looks sleek and fast. I wish we had one of these here.
I love the beautiful reflections and the wonderful lines of the train and the station. Oh and the bridge is amazing!
so it went as fast as a bullet? My husband went on one.
This is odd, Evelyn... I could've sworn that I had already left you comment for this post for SkyWatch... Anyway, you did get them all: sky, reflection and bridge! Enjoy your weekend! :-)
PS. Oh yes, now I remember... you left moderation on and are out for the weekend... :-D
Gosh, when I commented yesterday on the reflections I didn't even notice the bridge. I'm blushing. It's so unobtrusive, it's lovely!
Amazing set of pictures!Everything there is so modern and beautiful!
Happy Sunday
