The bullet train arrives… or was it departing?  It’s all becoming a bit of a blur now, but I do remember that it was very fast (duh?) and very comfortable.

Red boats and their reflections…

Wishing you a happy weekend.

I am going to have a no-computer weekend (except to link in to the memes), so I will visit you after the weekend. Thanks for dropping by.

I wish someday here in US we will have bullet train. To travel from state to state that would be fun ^_^

Hiya Evelyn,
Nobody can mistake your entry button on the skywatch page :-)
Grey skies in Japan. Good to offset the bright red boats though.
I am a little disappointed that nobody came to look at my sky. Not a one. I may not bother to post again.

Great that you're having a PC-free weekend, Evelyn! You really got them all here! Well, done.

Nice to be able to see part of Japan through your eyes. I am not sure that I would like to travel on a really really fast train like this. I like my travel sedate and relaxing. Thank you for this post.

I love these photos! We also took the shinkansen from Kyoto to Hakata, actually. (other side of the river). The whole area is such fun to explore...we walked ourselves to death! Loved it. And, then we went on to Yatsushiro which is south of this area. Memories...thank you.

This is odd, Evelyn... I could've sworn that I had already left you comment for this post for SkyWatch... Anyway, you did get them all: sky, reflection and bridge! Enjoy your weekend! :-)

PS. Oh yes, now I remember... you left moderation on and are out for the weekend... :-D

Gosh, when I commented yesterday on the reflections I didn't even notice the bridge. I'm blushing. It's so unobtrusive, it's lovely!
