Bridge, Cameron Highlands

There is a lot of farming activities in Cameron Highlands. This functional bridge enables workers to cross the stream to get to the work. It looks quite steady, but narrow. If I had to, I would cross this bridge.

Cameron Highlands bridge © Evelyn Howard 2010 I posted another bridge from Cameron Highlands here (and thumbnail photo on the left) – it’s a bit makeshift. No, I don’t think I will use that one!

Visit Louis at Sunday Bridges for more links.

Dear Evelyn,
Thank you for beautiful photos that remind me of a village in Japanese mountains. Very much similar. (*like you suggested, I turned off the computer and observed how it worked again. It works anyhow...but gulp, a bit scarily to turn it off.) Enjoy lovey Sunday.
Cheers, Sadami

we always enjoyed our holidays in the Cameron Highlands. The strawberries were not very sweet though.

This very workman-like bridge is a welcome contribution to Sunday Bridges.

The bridge in the thumbnail looks a bit wobbly!

That is really narrow! I'd want one of those balancing poles to hold while crossing ;-D

It does look wide enough for me to cross although I wouldn't want to any more often than I had to.
