This is my world in Melbourne, Australia.
The first photo is taken from the war memorial building. It shows the ground of the memorial and beyond that, the skyline of Melbourne.
Here is the Shrine of Remembrance building.
At the entrance, there is a glass cabinet with rows and rows of medal.
“Eternal Flame” located at the forecourt of the memorial

Thanks for the beautiful photos. I don't know if I will ever physically make it there, but I now feel like I have already visited!
Wow! So much wide open space!
the Shrine of Remembrance does not look very Australian (to me)
An impressive tribute. Unusual building, and the grounds look fabulous with the city in the distance.
Wonderful shots and tribute. The memorial house looks very much like a pyramid...

Dear Evelyn,
All your photos are so beautiful. I wish I could use a camera to express my impressions. (*I could not. Then, I dropped out from a camera club and picked up brushes.)
Cheers, Sadami
Don't know much about Melbourne, so this is great.
