Bolte Bridge, Melbourne (Australia)

Fishing under Balti Bridge © Evelyn Howard 2010
I found this man fishing under the Bolte Bridge. I was watching him for a while, but didn’t see him catch anything. Still, a nice way to enjoy the sunshine.

Here’s another one nn the bridge. I have posted a photo of this bridge recently from another angle. Just click on the link if you are interested.
Happy Sunday. Visit Louis at Sunday Bridges for links on bridge photos.

I'm always amused by the patience of fishermen. And they seem not to mind fishing just anywhere. It's definitely a universal thing. I've seen them with their rods out at the most curious spots. Is that a highway overpass?

I'm always amazed at how much patience a fisherman has, I don't know if I could stand not catching anything for so long! :D

Great bridge, Evelyn! Happy Sunday!

Looks like a good place to be alone with your fishing rod and your thoughts :)

Dear Evelyn,
Beautiful bridge and good photo! Hahaha, I always talk to people fishing like this way, "Did you get a whale? Sure, we're in NS"Wales"." But the only the problem is, it does not work in Victoria. I have to figure out others.
Cheers, Sadami

This would be the Bolte bridge. Or part of the toll road.
