This is a piece for Twenty Minute Challenge.
I love Cherry Tomatoes. When I was young, my Mom gave me a tomato whenever she returned from the market. It would be the juiciest of all the tomatoes she bought that morning. I don’t remember if they were particularly sweet or tasty, but they were special. Now, when I buy tomatoes, I seek out vine ripened tomatoes because they have more flavour.
These tomatoes were purchased last night. They are so pretty that I just wanted to paint them. But it was a challenge for me to complete this piece in 20 minutes. I found myself scrambling and slapping on the paint towards the end! Perhaps I was too ambitious. But I do like the result – green and red go so well together.

It's good to be ambitious and challenge ourselves- so here's a big pat on the back. It turned out wonderful! -Joe

In only 20 minutes? Wow! Impressed! Cherry tomatoes make me think of my grandma, she loves them! My parents always plant at least one for her each year. :)

twenty minutes... now that creates a new relationship with art, you are inspiring.
Great choice. I loved them from the garden when I was a kid. Now it is the only tomato we can grow in our garden...something about it being too cold for others in the summer. Matti
So very beautiful drawing. Have you painted it in watercolors? It's so lovely! :) Me too love tomatoes, and especially Cherry Tomatoes, they are so tasteful! :)
