Still life on the iPad

I was given a 2nd hand iPad recently, when my husband bought himself a new one. I have been  painting – it’s a lot of fun, and it’s clean!  I have forgotten how much fun it is to paint digitally. The downside is that I have to watch my posture, to avoid getting a sore back.

Unbelievable!!!
They still have your touch, I mean, they are not cold digital work!
And they are very artistic! ;-)

I've always felt something was lacking in digital art, but that's certainly not true of your art. It's amazing you can do this with digital!

Hi,Evelyn,
Wonderful "paintings"!! Contrats. You have to teach me how to do it. Come to Sydney!
Cheers,Sadami

Is this all possible with an iPad?

I shouldn't think these were made digital, they have also the nice looseness as in your other sketches

Thanks, I appreciate your comment.

Thanks. No rocket science - just have to get used to the program. I would love to come to Sydney and we can have a drink, maybe do some drawings outdoors together. Wouldn't that be great! Then you can teach me about watercolour painting :).

Yeah, it's fun. I'm just getting to know one program so far... There are many brushes and other programs that I have yet to explore. :)

I want to learn too! These do have your style. You are no stranger to this craft that looks like a lot of fun.

> Linda, it would be great if we all learn and exchange ideas.

Evelyn, these are brilliant! As everyone else has said, they still have all the character of your non-digital art (analogue....????!) Your work just fills me with delight, always.
Hope you're having a lovely week,
Janice.
